Job description

We're seeking a dynamic Perm 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team inVancouver.In this role,you will be responsible for providing quality permanent recruitment services and effectively servicing our clients in the selection and placement of suitable employees within their organization. What You’ll Do :

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Ensure key influencers and decision makers in existing and potential accounts are identified and targeted through diverse personal and business networks as well as proactive research.
  • Negotiate and gain a full and comprehensive Job Order that outlines position requirements, corporate culture, skills, abilities, and experience required.
  • Utilize various channels to source and attract top talent, including Drake’s internal database, e-boards, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Match candidates with the right opportunities, ensuring only the most suitable staff are selected by interviewing candidates with an emphasis on client requirements related to knowledge, skills, and attitude.
  • Effective reference checking (background, criminal and credit checks) to ensure suitability of candidates.
  • Ensure successful candidate placements and provide ongoing support to both clients and candidates to foster long-term relationships.
  • Ensure Client Account History Files are completed and updated accurately in the appropriate platform for every contact made and planned with the client.
  • Ensure candidate files are up to date via proper filing of candidate registration packages.
  • Assist with the preparation of growth projections and monthly / annual operational forecasts.
  • Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly regarding current results and objectives, plan versus actual workloads, results and ratios, variance from standard performance, and corrective action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and training manuals and adhering to Quality Control policies.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Post-secondary education and / or substantial specialist industry experience relevant to the area of responsibility preferred (Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Communications, Information Technology, Hospitality, etc.).
  • Exceptional ability to foster long-term client relationships with an emphasis on total quality management.
  • Focus on prospecting, negotiating and proactively closing business with multi-level contacts.
  • Ability to deliver on core sales metrics and activities on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation ability, supported by a high sense of urgency.
  • Results-oriented approach with a proven record of achieving service and revenue objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management experience with a solutions-focused track record.
  • Ability to plan and organize in a time-sensitive environment to deliver on deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, email and tracking software).
