A growing financial technology firm is seeking a Recruitment Partner to manage the complete recruitment cycle in North America. The role involves building an employment brand and sourcing top talents while effectively collaborating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have significant in-house recruitment experience and a thorough understanding of the FinTech sector. This is a pivotal position requiring strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle high recruitment volumes.

The role will form part of our new NAM Talent Acquisition team and will be pivotal in developing our employment brand, talent pipeline as well as taking responsibility for continuing to enhance our direct recruitment model into a business‑aligned, value‑adding function. In this role you will truly be a key component in our NAM Recruitment plans.
