Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of related experience in recruiting, preferably healthcare.
  • Experience with recruitment processes, best practices, ATS, and job board utilization.
  • Ability to pass criminal background screen.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage recruitment procedures throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews and analyze candidate qualifications.
  • Create and maintain job advertisements via ATS.
