Accenture PLC in Canada is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to join the Candidate Management Team. You will support recruiters and business leaders to deliver a seamless, AI-enhanced hiring experience from application through onboarding.

You will evaluate resumes with AI-enabled tools, maintain candidate data, and guide candidates through offers and start dates. Strong communication and curiosity about technology will help you excel in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment or human resources experience.
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and data-driven decision making is a plus.
• Experience with resume evaluation and candidate management is preferred.

About the Role

Recruiting Analysts are foundational members of the recruiting team, working alongside recruiters, business leaders, and candidates to deliver a seamless, technology-enabled recruiting experience. Through the Recruiter Development Program, you’ll support the Candidate Management Team and help guide candidates from application through onboarding. You’ll use recruiting technology, data, and AI-enabled tools alongside human judgment to identify strong matches, support business needs, and create an exceptional candidate experience. What You’ll Do

Evaluate resumes against role requirements, leveraging AI-enabled tools to inform next steps while applying recruiter judgment. Maintain accurate, real-time candidate data and use recruiting technology to ensure data quality and integrity. Screen candidates to assess skills, introduce Accenture, and discuss relevant career opportunities. Serve as the primary contract for candidates throughout the recruiting process, providing updates, answering questions, extending offers, coordinating start dates, and managing follow-up. Leverage AI and digital tools to create timely, personalized candidate communications while delivering a high-touch experience regardless of outcome. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, role requirements, and target candidate profiles, using data and AI-enabled insights where appropriate. Use AI-enabled sourcing and recruiting tools to identify, build, and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Participate in national campus recruiting project teams and location recruiting events as needed.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of recruitment or human resources experience. Completion of college or other courses in human resources or personnel administration preferred. English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Technology proficient, with familiarity with applicant tracking and/or candidate management systems.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new position. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
