Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter/Sales and Marketing role based in Brampton, ON. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring decisions, and supporting onboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting staffing services to prospective employers. The Recruiter/Sales and Marketing professional will collaborate with internal teams to meet placement targets, prepare job postings, maintain accurate candidate and client records, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. The position requires consistent in-person interaction with candidates and clients to ensure high-quality service and successful placements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Sales Recruitment, Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and Hiring.
• Experience in Account Management with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to meet targets, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic CRM tools is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in staffing, agency recruitment, or B2B sales is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Brampton, ON, and collaborate with team members and clients in person.
