Overview

Healthcare & IT Recruiter

Ontario Fully Remote

Source Code is a global STEM consulting and workforce solutions firm that works with 100s of large enterprise clients within Government Health Care Banking / Finance and Technology sectors.

Most of our team is based out of Toronto but we service clients globally

Responsibilities

• Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
• Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.

Must Have

• Excellent communication skills
• University Degree or College Diploma in HR business finance or similar

Nice to have

• Experience working within health care
• Experience working within the technology space
• Experience hiring of public sector positions with the Canadian Government
