Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As a Recruiter for our Commercial department, you will lead the Talent Acquisition process with our Commercial partners. This group includes Guest Services, Digital Commerce, Store Development, Retail Operations, Retail Training, and Wholesale.
You will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline and selecting top talent through strategic sourcing initiatives and key partnerships. The commercial teams build systems and plans that keep us connected to our guests across multiple platforms and channels. Through trusted partnerships with these teams, you’ll develop a deep understanding of how they drive the Arc’teryx business forward and play a critical role in shaping their future growth.
Please note this role is temporary with an anticipated duration of 12 months.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
