Job Title: Recruiter - Bilingual
Location: Montreal, QC (Onsite)
Duration: 12 + Months
Daily Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires across Client Insurance
- Lead proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top Insurance talent
- Build and maintain high-potential pipelines through regular coffee chats, networking meetings, and attending industry events
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insights and consultative guidance on talent acquisition strategies
- Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment efficiency, process design, and best hiring practices
- Champion exceptional candidate experience and uphold Client's brand in every interaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including employer brand, onboarding, operations etc. to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
Must Have Skills
- 5-7 years of progressive recruitment experience up to Executive/Managing Director level, ideally within Insurance, Wealth Management, Banking & Financial Services
- Proven ability to build strategic, proactive pipelines through consistent outreach and networking
- Strong business acumen with deep understanding of Insurance roles and competitive talent dynamics
- Well-networked in the financial services space, with the ability to tap into both active and passive talent pools
- Experience with recruitment tools such as Phenom, LinkedIn, Workday
- Knowledge of best hiring practices
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with Client partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.
