The Drive Ahead
  • Engage with customers to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and riding goals
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance on Harley‑Davidson motorcycles, accessories, and apparel
  • Build lasting relationships with both new and returning customers through exceptional service
  • Manage the sales process from first contact to final delivery with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Maintain product and brand knowledge to stay up to date on the latest models and trends
Performance Essentials
  • Previous sales experience in automotive, power sports, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer satisfaction
  • Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and goal‑driven approach to achieving results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
  • Full‑time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours / week)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
