Job summary

VON Canada cherche un spécialisé en programmation thérapeutique pour son programme de répit à domicile. Le candidat sera responsable de la mise en œuvre et de l'évaluation des programmes thérapeutiques tout en collaborant étroitement avec l'équipe afin d'assurer la meilleure expérience possible aux clients. Ce poste est à temps partiel, impliquant des horaires variés (jours, soirées, week-ends) dans le cadre d'un environnement centré sur le client.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme en récréation ou gérontologie requis.
  • Connaissance démontrée des activités pour personnes avec des défis cognitifs.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un cadre d'équipe centré sur le client.

Responsibilities

  • Mettre en œuvre et évaluer des programmes pour le programme de répit à domicile.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe pour une expérience client optimale.
  • Compléter la documentation requise.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in planning and implementing therapeutic activities for persons with cognitive challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a setting with a flexible client-centered team care approach.
  • Valid First Aid & CPR
  • The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail; Lift and carry using appropriate lifting techniques; Bend, push, pull, grip, reach, kneel, crouch using good body mechanics; Walk, sit, stand, climb stairs; Hand movements.
