Job summary

Extendicare in Canada is seeking a part-time Recreation Aide to support resident well-being by planning and evaluating therapeutic and diversion activities, documenting participation, and coordinating care.

In addition to assisting with fundraising, you will liaise with community partners and help facilitate interactions among residents, families and volunteers. You will also gather feedback and contribute to ongoing improvement while upholding privacy and safety policies.

• Carry out all assigned training and duties in compliance with applicable Occupational Health and Safety legislation and company policy.
• Respect and preserve the privacy, confidentiality and security of resident and workers' personal and health information.
