Position Purpose: Directly supervise residents. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families and to facilitate the issues of recovery

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Familiar with 12‑steps highly desirable
  • Skilled in adult behavioral management techniques
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Ability to navigate and document in electronic healthcare records required
  • Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Agency insurance requirements.
  • Must have your own transportation

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Work hours prescribed and any additional hours–deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned. Overtime may be required.
  2. Supervise and manage the behavior of the residents and provide appropriate behavioral interventions and consequences.
  3. Implement therapeutic activities and facilitate development of independent living skills.
  4. Responsible for developing and presenting all resident education.
  5. Assist in planning menus with residents and shopping for household items.
  6. Supervise designated daily activities which may include but not be limited to: house jobs, study halls, menu planning, shopping, cooking meals, free time, etc.
  7. Consult with other staff members and plan daily therapeutic direction for designated shift.
  8. Facilitate focal group discussion sessions.
  9. Attend all scheduled meetings of staff, such as treatment plan reviews, shift meetings or appropriate committee meetings as designated.
  10. Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with rules and regulations.
  11. If designated, monitor self‑administration of medicine by residents and record information on medical log.
  12. Perform secure handling of cardholder data, including encryption, data storage limitations, and adherence to security protocols.
  13. Participate in mandatory Payment Card Industry (PCI) training, access controls, and regular security assessments, all aligned with PCI Data Security Standard guidelines.
  14. Oversee the cleanliness of the house, resident house jobs, and the proper use of equipment and supplies.
  15. Serve as a member of the Rosecrance Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
  16. Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the professional Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law.
  17. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
  18. Serve as a role model and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing the agency.
  19. Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by management.

2nd Shift: Wednesday, Friday & Saturdays; 3:30pm - midnight (12:00am)

Work Location: 847 Pleasant Street, Woodstock, IL, 60098, USA

Pay (based on education, experience, and credentials)

  • HS/GED - $20.64 per hour
  • Associate’s - $21.69 per hour
  • Bachelor’s - $22.68 per hour
  • Professional Certification (e.g., CADC, CRSS, or CPS): +$0.72/hour (equivalent of +$1,500 annualized)
