Qualifications

As a Recovery Coordinator - Bilingual on the One Equipment team at National Bank, you’ll be a key player in supporting our clients through challenging times. Your role :
  • Coordinate the repossession and transportation of assets with a dedicated network of external agents, ensuring compliance with company policies and debt collection regulations.
  • Provide agents with accurate, timely information to support successful asset recovery.
  • Manage repossession files and make informed decisions on next steps, including repossession, write-offs, or legal action.
  • Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and equipment returns, balancing risk and reward to achieve optimal outcomes.
