Classification: Part Time, Onsite | Immediate vacancy | Salary: $ per hour, Monday to Friday, 4:00 to 8:00.

Role Overview

The Receptionist is the face and voice of the dealership, welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting visitors personally.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including copying, scanning, and maintaining meeting rooms and common areas.
  • Answer, forward, and screen phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
  • Book customer appointments and process accounts payable invoices, including reconciliation and follow-up on outstanding accounts.
  • Perform other accounting functions, duties, and projects as required.
Must-Haves
  • 1 year reception and/or administration experience; dealership setting preferred.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and able to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent document creation and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under urgent deadlines.
