Target, a residential and commercial pest management company, is looking for a reliable and resourceful person to join our team as a full‑time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist.

Main Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, and follow up with clients
  • Handle invoicing and accounts receivable
  • Manage emails and keep client files up to date
  • Support the technical team with scheduling and service coordination
We’re Looking For Someone Who
  • Speaks and writes excellent French (required)
  • Has a basic level of spoken English (asset)
  • Has experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative work
  • Can handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Is organized, autonomous, and dependable
  • Is looking for stability and a long‑term role in a small, close‑knit team
