As the Receptionist, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our global head office located in Vancouver, BC. Your primary duties will center on the administration of the new Vancouver corporate office, with a strong emphasis on creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for employees and visitors alike. Leveraging your administrative expertise, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the daily work experience of your colleagues.
This on-site position is located in Mount Pleasant and operates from Monday to Friday, with working hours scheduled from 11AM to 4:30PM (up to 30 hours/week with some flexibility and variation depending on the candidate & office events/requirements).
In a perfect world, you also have a familiarity with desk booking systems and prior customer service and/or office admin experience.
