Role & Responsibilities
  • Direct customers to the correct department or personnel, notify the appropriate Product/Service Advisor that a customer is waiting, or introduce the customer to an advisor.
  • Answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Handle telephone calls in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize time on hold.
  • Take thorough messages with caller\'s name, company (if applicable), time and reason for call, and ensure the message reaches the appropriate party.
  • Perform clerical and accounting duties as assigned by Management.
  • Add and update customer information in CRMs.
  • Stay up to date on procedural changes for each dealership.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Follow company safety policies and report any accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
  • This position may be required to perform other duties as assigned by management.
