Responsibilities
- Reception & Administration
- Answer and direct calls in a professional manner
- Manage scheduling, relay messages, and handle customer inquiries
- Prepare and send invoices; maintain organized records
- Social Media Oversight
- Post updates and project photos on company platforms
- Respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Keep company information accurate and consistent
- Light Bookkeeping
- Compile and input payroll hours weekly
- Organize expenses, statements, reports for bookkeeper
- Maintain up-to-date WSIB compliance record
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient
- Competent with computers, office software, and social media platforms
- Experience in administration, bookkeeping, or customer relations is an asset
- A positive, professional attitude and work ethic are essential
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$28/hour starting wage (based on experience). $3 increase after 90 days
