Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, residents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting room bookings, and maintain visitor logs.

  • Provide accurate information in-person, via phone, or email regarding the facility and its services.

  • Assist with administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document handling.

  • Ensure compliance with building security procedures, including guest check-in and access control.

  • Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience

Working Hours

  • Shift coverage may include weekdays, occasional weekends, or public holidays depending on operational needs.

  • Shifts typically range between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required.
