Qualifications

  • Medical Office Assistant experience is an asset.
  • Experience working with EMR.

Full‑time fixed‑term position working 6:30am – 2:30pm.

Panther Sports Medicine has been providing expert care since 1987 and is a leader in the delivery of acute rehabilitation in the Calgary area.

Our Panther Sports Medicine, Trico Clinic, is looking for a dynamic receptionist interested in personal and professional growth. You will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists with their caseload. Dynamic, versatile and energized by a busy schedule, you welcome the opportunity to demonstrate your strong computer, analytical and organizational skills and your success in meeting timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Acts as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist
  • Assist Physiotherapists with busy caseloads
  • Ensures that gym area is free of obvious safety hazards
  • Maintains a presentable and organized clinic
  • Assembling chart packages
  • Processing discharged patient charts and provider reports
  • Perform administrative duties as needed; photocopying, reception, supply orders
Qualifications
  • The ability to travel to multiple clinics throughout South Calgary is required
  • Medical Office Assistant experience an asset
  • Experience working with EMR - Clinic Master is preferred but not required
  • Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong critical thinking
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
