Receptionist, Temporary Full-Time

FFUN Cars Saskatoon

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Status: Temporary Full-Time – 18 months with possibility of extension.

The Receptionist is a positive and upbeat customer‑service provider, effective in a wide variety of functions that include administrative and clerical work, customer service, data entry, tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate is friendly, approachable, efficient, accurate, well‑organized, flexible, loves learning, and is confident and outgoing.

What you'll be doing:
  • Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls
  • Provide information to customers, take messages, and schedule appointments over the phone and in‑person
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and provide administrative support
  • Complete website updates and maintain databases
What we're looking for:
  • Outstanding telephone and in‑person customer service skills
  • Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi‑tasking skills
  • A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
