Qualifications

• Grade 12 and one year's recent, related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to deal with others effectively.
• Physical ability to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist duties, including operating a switchboard and receiving visitors.
• Enter information into the ADT system for admissions and discharges.
• Handle client funds and maintain petty cash float.
• Prepare and type reports, minutes, letters, and forms.
• Complete statistical reporting and record maintenance.
