Our client is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join their team in St. John's, NL .

As the successful candidate, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to ensure daily office operations run seamlessly. From answering phones, processing payments, and scheduling appointments to directing clients, maintaining files, and coordinating office space, your efforts will keep the office organized, efficient, and welcoming.

The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to work both independently and as a supportive member of the team.

Experience & Attributes for Success
  • Strong organizational skills (prioritization) with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Calendar system will be trained
  • Square Point of Sale system
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Self-motivated with a pro‑active approach and committed to continual improvement

Compensation:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
