Job Responsibilities
  • Enter data into the computer, update lists, databases and documents;
  • Answering the telephone, forwarding to the various stakeholders, opening and distributing postal mail and other documents, diary management, email management, filing.
  • Send service calls by email to maintenance and transcribe in the call log;
  • Manage emails
  • Other related tasks
