Greet visitors and notify the appropriate staff of their arrival.
Enter data into the computer, update lists, databases, and documents.
Answer phone calls, transfer them to the appropriate contacts, and open and distribute mail and other documents.
Manage schedules, emails, and filing.
Perform other related tasks as required.
