Job summary

Save-On-Foods, a division of Pattison Food Group, is seeking a Receiver to join our Kensington location in Saskatoon, SK. Shifts may start as early as 6:00am, with 16-32 hours per week. You will help ensure the department is well stocked and presented, greet customers, and assist with product knowledge and inquiries.

Excellent teamwork and a positive attitude are essential. Retail customer service experience is an asset, and compensation includes Friday pay, team member offers, benefits

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register and process transactions.
• Maintain well-stocked, clean, and presented department.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and inquiries.
• Ensure only the freshest products are displayed and properly labeled.
• Provide a positive customer experience and handle inquiries professionally.
• Support safe and sanitary work area by cleaning equipment and surfaces.

You will be responsible for:

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Operating a cash register.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

You have:

• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
• Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).
