Upper Canada Child Care is seeking a Team Lead for the before and after school program in Keswick at Lake Simcoe PS. The role requires an ECE diploma or equivalent, with split-shift availability Monday to Friday.

The Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Before & After school program. Delivers a developmentally appropriate, inquiry/play based program while ensuring compliance with all internal and external guidelines, policies & procedures. Serves as a source of information to parents, community partners, and coworkers. Supports the organizations vision, mission & guiding values. This is a fully in-centre position.
