Justin Havre Real Estate Team at eXp Realty is offering a REALTOR® Apprenticeship Program in Calgary and surrounding areas. The program provides paid base pay while you complete licensing, with hands-on training and mentorship from top real estate professionals.

Ideal candidates are enrolled or registered for licensing, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable with technology and CRM tools. This is a full-time, entry-level apprenticeship with clear progression to a licensed advisor

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or active registration for Real Estate licensing course prior to start date.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong phone presence.
• Open to learning and growth through Agent Development program.
• Tech-forward and comfortable with software and CRMs.
• Background in sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Master phone prospecting, client discovery, and lead nurturing.
• Learn and apply negotiation techniques with clients.
• Develop and maintain a high-volume lead flow with coaching support.
• Progress to a full-producing Real Estate Advisor role.
