Job summary

Brookfield Residential in Calgary is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Finance & Planning function for Alberta Homes and Alberta Commercial. The role involves consolidating monthly guidance, preparing annual financial statements, maintaining proformas, and delivering reports for senior management.

You will work with BRP Insights, Vena and Rook to ensure forecast accuracy and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate monthly guidance and annual business plan financial statements for Alberta Homes and Alberta Commercial.
• Maintain project proformas and provide monthly/quarterly reporting and analysis for senior management.
• Support data management in BRP Insights, Vena and Rook and assist with forecast accuracy.
• Develop scenario analyses and improve guidance processes and systems utilization.
