Responsibilities
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate the property sale between the buyer and seller to achieve the desired results
Qualifications
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must have a valid Ontario Real Estate License and can travel by car
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of sales success
