Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming property acquisition requests and coordinating the associated workflow.
  • Experience in obtaining / verifying property data / information via GeoWarehouse and Teranet.
  • Drafting, reviewing and tracking documents related to property acquisition projects ensuring proper completion and compliance.
  • Performing regular property data entry manipulation and verification tasks to maintain reporting database accuracy.
  • Organizing filing and maintaining property-related documentation following established structure and data integrity protocols.
  • Obtaining and verifying property and landowner information.
  • Communicating effectively with different internal / external stakeholders and teams to support project activities and workflows.
  • Processing payments for licenses and receipting invoices.
  • Identifying potential gaps or issues in data management, suggesting best practices and troubleshooting problems to enhance team operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in administrating, coordinating and managing land and property data and documentation for right-of-way and / or utility‑scale projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level or higher).
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on the professional appearance of datasets and presentation materials.
  • Experience or familiarity with GIS systems and enterprise solutions is considered an asset.
  • Possesses strong technical proficiency demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and independently resolve issues.
  • Exceptional soft skills with the ability to interact with diverse project stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

  • Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams across departments and business units.
  • Frequent interaction with clients, vendors and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal communication to guide discussions with various parties ensuring alignment with business objectives.
