Position Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO, we seek an Intermediate Accountant with outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated individual who excels in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage non‑construction invoices and facilitate monthly processing for draw submissions.
- Oversee construction draw processes.
- Prepare monthly draws in conjunction with construction loans.
- Review, record, and reconcile all bank transactions.
- Collaborate with tax accountants for annual filings.
- Handle GST filings.
- Provide timely responses to internal and external inquiries.
- Assist in preparing partner reports.
- Track and follow up on letters of credit and deposits.
- Engage closely with development teams, attending project status meetings, and offering financial updates.
- Aid in designing and implementing internal controls related to development activities.
- Perform other administrative accounting duties as needed.

Education / Experience
- Professional Accounting Designation or Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate development and / or high‑rise design and construction.
Salary up to $85,000
