Heidelberg Materials Canada Limited is seeking a qualified delivery driver to safely operate a 5-axle truck or trailer, conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and load/unload materials at worksites. You will follow designated routes and schedules to support daily operations while maintaining high safety standards.

Effective communication with dispatch, plant teams, and customers is essential, as is the ability to work independently in varying weather and site conditions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate a 5-axle truck or trailer truck to transport materials to and from worksites.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.
• Load and unload materials efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
• Follow designated routes, schedules, and delivery requirements to support daily operations.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, plant teams, and customers to ensure smooth workflow.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Valid Class 1 or Class 3 License is required. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
