The Ullswater Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group, is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team with the highest hygiene standards. You will manage the wash-up area, help with basic food prep, and maintain a clean, orderly kitchen.

You’ll Fit Right Inn

As Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team by maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene. Your positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn will be essential as you manage the wash-up area, ensure kitchen equipment cleanliness, and assist with basic food preparation.

You’ll work closely with team members and customers, demonstrating confidence and courtesy in all interactions. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to personal presentation. You’ll be responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly by following the cleaning schedule and taking on other general duties as directed.
