Job summary

Fraser Direct is seeking a Reach Forklift Operator for a full-time, permanent role in Guelph, Ontario. You will operate a Narrow Aisle Reach Truck to move products, pick orders, and support multiple departments while upholding safety standards.

The position offers a consistent Sunday-to-Thursday schedule, with shift from 3:30 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. and a pay rate of $21.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience and certification.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/fulfillment experience required.
• 1–2 years reach truck forklift experience (Crown or Raymond preferred).
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach during shift.
• Commitment to safe work practices and wearing CSA-approved footwear.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Narrow Aisle Reach Truck safely throughout the shift.
• Cross-train and support multiple departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Load and unload trailers and move products in the warehouse.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as required.
