Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Real Estate Services, the Manager, Real Estate Services (based in Vancouver) is accountable for the end‑to‑end management of the Facility Management (FM) portion of the outsourcing arrangement for assigned sites. This includes but is not limited to the measurement of performance against financial targets and service level agreements (SLAs) ensuring tenant communication and satisfaction, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
To protect our people, brand and assets, a pre‑employment background check will be conducted. As part of our selection process, all candidates must clear a criminal background check. Additionally, a credit check and drivers abstract may be required depending on the role.
