Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the transportation or rail industry.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in operational quality, including at least 2 years in project management or client coordination.
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations in the rail sector.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the quality strategy for the assigned project.
• Act as the quality representative with the client.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Planning to anticipate quality needs.
• Analyze root causes and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain project quality KPIs and prepare reports for management and the client.
