A leading rail transport company in Quebec is seeking an experienced engineer to lead technical studies and ensure performance requirements are met at train level. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, a minimum of 5 years of experience in the railway field, and fluency in both French and English. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in the railway field.
• Very good knowledge of requirements management and change management is mandatory.
• Some travel is to be expected to other Alstom sites or customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering studies to reach required performances at train level.
• Define Train System architecture and operational modes based on requirements.
• Perform reporting at project level via KPI and weekly reports.
