Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in the rail industry, preferably as a Locomotive Engineer or Conductor.
• Experience as a Railway Supervisor, Trainmaster, or Superintendent will also be considered.
• Rules Qualification and Canadian Rail Operating Rules (CROR) certification are assets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and timely train operations.
• Supervise Train Operators and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Investigate customer complaints and accidents.
