A leading health care organization in Ontario is seeking an RAI Coordinator to oversee the administration of MDS assessments and provide necessary training to the interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in Long Term Care and must be a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing. The RAI (Resident Assessment Instrument) Coordinator is responsible for the overall administration, organization, education, co-ordination, and implementation of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) for the interdisciplinary team. Provides supervision and assistance to the interdisciplinary team regarding MDS documentation.
