A healthcare authority in British Columbia is seeking a Radiological Technologist to work in a computerized environment. The role involves producing diagnostic radiographs, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring safety standards are met. The Radiological Technologist works in a computerized environment, producing diagnostic radiographs as assigned and carrying out diagnostic procedures either independently or in collaboration with a radiologist or other physician; applies radiation safety principles and practices to protect patients, staff, and the general public; and completes required documentation and administrative tasks.
Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) certification as a Medical Radiation Technologist. Graduation from an approved radiology technology program. Eligible for membership in the CAMRT.
