• Ability to write clear rationales for a non-specialist audience.
• Experience with red-teaming or misuse-scenario analysis is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Write challenging single-turn prompts in your domain labeled across three levels: benign, dual-use, and adversarial.
• Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard and judge correctness.
• Write the reference answer with the technical reasoning for why it is correct.
