  • 5–10+ years of experience in masa flour product development, operations, or commercialization.
  • Deep knowledge of nixtamalization, corn varietals, and masa functionality.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and scale-up efforts.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
