Summary of the Job:
The Pilot Operator is an essential member of the Research and Development Implementation Team,responsible for operating and maintaining pilot testing systems at the Oakville testing facility. Thesesystems are critical for supporting product development and validation processes at both pilot and full-
scale customer locations.
Key Characteristics:
Candidates for this position must have excellent interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, and the ability towork effectively as part of a team. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are highlydesirable. The work environment spans various settings, including offices, laboratories, and industrial and
wastewater facilities. The individual may be exposed to municipal and industrial wastewater, as well as
various cleaning chemicals. The role occasionally requires lifting equipment or modules weighing up to
25 kilograms.
