Job summary

A leading professional services firm in Niagara Region is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their rapidly growing R&D team. You will use your agricultural expertise to assist clients with R&D tax credit claims, analyze their current activities, and coordinate with teams for the successful delivery of services. A strong client focus and at least 2 years of related experience are essential for this role. The position offers opportunities for growth and may require travel within Southwestern Ontario.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of significant experience in R&D tax capacity or related field.
• Willingness to travel in Southwestern Ontario.
• Prior technical experience in the greenhouse industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Use agricultural technical background for R&D tax credit claims.
• Analyze clients' R&D activities for tax credits.
• Plan and execute technical engagements.
• Work with a team to deliver accurate services.
• Identify opportunities for R&D services.
