Oratomic is actively hiring theoretical scientists to design, build, and operate fault-tolerant neutral-atom quantum computers, working in a tight-knit team across quantum algorithms, error correction, and architecture with hardware teams.

We welcome all experience levels, including post-bachelors, masters, and PhD, with visa sponsorship and equity. Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $350,000 per year plus health, dental coverage, 401K, unlimited PTO, and paid family leave.

Job description

We are actively hiring theoretical scientists to take part in designing, building, and operating fault-tolerant neutral atom quantum computers. You will work in a tight-knit team, working across quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, quantum architecture, very closely integrated with quantum hardware teams, doing whatever is required to build the working quantum computer. A strong background in quantum error correction is desirable. We are hiring at all experience levels, including post-bachelors, masters, PhD, and beyond.
