Quantity Surveyor (M&E) – Engineering Projects
  • Location: Woodlands Industrial Park, Singapore (Islandwide project sites)
  • Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,500/month (depending on experience)
  • Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take‑offs for MEP works
  • Develop and manage project budgets, monitor cost variations, and recommend cost controls
  • Assist in tender preparation, evaluate bids, and administer contracts
  • Identify cost‑saving measures and value engineering opportunities
  • Generate cost reports and provide cost analysis for stakeholders
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, standards, and project specifications for MEP works
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial, commercial, or data‑centre projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical works
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in problem‑solving
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within project teams
