Qualifications

• At least 3 years of local working experience in interior design/joinery carpentry sector.
• Able to work independently and on own initiative.
• Willing to work on an alternate half Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for accurate cost planning and budget estimates.
• Handle ongoing projects and resolve contractual issues with clients.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and follow up for payment certification.
