RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Overall responsible for accurate cost planning and budget estimates.
  2. Taking-off quantities, sourcing of sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission.
  3. To handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues with clients.
  4. Preparation on monthly progress claim to clients, and follow up for payment certification.
  5. Submission of claims for variation works.
  6. Evaluate the subcontractor monthly progress claim, variation order and finalization of the project accounts.
  7. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
  8. Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
  9. Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.

REQUIREMENT

  1. At least Diploma in Building Construction/Quantity Surveying.
  2. Minimum 2 years of local working experience in interior design/joinery carpentry sector.
  3. Meticulous, initiative and able to work independently.
  4. Able to handle Auto-CAD drawings and proficient in MS Office Excel.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team and delegate, but also able to work on own initiative.
  6. Able to work independently.
  7. Willing to work on an alternate half Saturday.
