You will bring deep expertise in quantitative research, survey science, and statistics, working alongside qualitative researchers, Data Science, Product Analytics, and product teams to connect what users say with what they do. Your work will help teams answer consequential product questions: Which user problems matter most? How widespread and severe are they? Which populations and journeys are most affected? Where should we invest? And did the changes we made actually improve the experience? As a Principal-level practitioner, you will both lead sophisticated research and build the quantitative capability of the broader AEC research organization – establishing approaches, advising others, and raising the quality and impact of quantitative evidence in product decision-making. This role reports to the Director, User Research, AEC. Travel: Approximately 2–4 times per year across North America.
