Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in quantitative research and data management.
- Demonstrated expertise in survey design, analysis, and data visualization.
- Experience with Indigenous data and a strong commitment to Indigenous data sovereignty.
Responsibilities
- Leading quantitative research projects within the ELM portfolio.
- Cleaning, merging, and analyzing large datasets using statistical software.
- Designing and implementing new survey instruments and oversee data collection.
- Retrieving and integrating relevant datasets from external sources.
- Producing research briefs, tables, and visual summaries to support publications.
- Ensuring adherence to Indigenous data governance principles and OCAP.
